Due to our status as an accredited SmartSeal Contractor, we have an extensive range of chemicals that we use to clean your surfaces. Whereas most companies only use high pressure water to clean surfaces, we know that in order to achieve the best possible results, a chemical clean is required.

We offer a sealant post treatment to all porous surfaces that helps to prevent them from “going green” until the area requires re-treating. This is an option we recommend after cleaning as this helps to prevent algae, moss, lichen and other biofilms from re-growing, maintaining the appearance of the surface. This is also more cost effective than pressure washing and has zero abrasion on the surface.

We only use SmartSeal approved products on our customer’s property. This keeps your surface gleaming, protected and weed free for much longer than if you opted for a typical cleaning only treatment.
